1:1 Yoga Sessions in London
If you are new to yoga, this is a great way to create a solid foundation and understanding of the basic principles that come with this practice. We will work together to get you ready to step into an open class, and onto the mat, feeling confident.
One-to-one sessions are tailored specifically to your personal needs and goals. So, if you're feeling inspired and motivated to deepen your practice, working privately will give us the chance to learn more about your body and formulate a session just for you, enabling you to get the most out of your practice.
YOGA WITH NICOLA
For 12 years, I performed professionally in Musical Theatre and TV, completely disregarding the impact it was having on my body and mind. I came to a sudden realisation that I wasn't looking after myself - that I was pushing myself mentally, emotionally, physically, day-in day-out. It was this point that I had to make a change.
I began to focus on how important it is to understand and connect with your body and breath. I completed by 200hr YTT and have not looked back, practicing for over 5 years.
Combining my experience in dance with my love for and education in yoga - I want to help students experience a fun, fluid, moving class where they can escape the outside world and create time and space for themselves. Using breath work and yoga postures, I believe anyone can experience the stillness we all benefit from.

Benefits of Workplace Yoga
Bringing some zen into the workplace will not only reduce the health risks associated with sitting for long periods of time, but it can also increase efficiency. The combination of movement, breathing and mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, increase energy levels and promote mental clarity. Coming together and improving all these aspects as a team on a regular basis will help create a calmer, more focused and driven environment, whilst keeping burnout at bay.
