Beginner

If you are new to yoga, this is a great way to create a solid foundation and understanding of the basic principles that come with this practice. We will work together to get you ready to step into an open class, and onto the mat, feeling confident.

Avid Yogi

One-to-one sessions are tailored specifically to your personal needs and goals. So, if you're feeling inspired and motivated to deepen your practice, working privately will give us the chance to learn more about your body and formulate a session just for you, enabling you to get the most out of your practice.

For 12 rewarding years, Nicola performed in musical theatre and TV, often overlooking the impact it had on her body and mind. One day, she realized she wasn’t taking care of herself and was pushing herself mentally, emotionally, and physically every day. That was when she decided it was time for a change. Nicola began to explore the importance of understanding and connecting with the body and breath. She completed her 200-hour YTT and has been practicing for over 10 years without looking back. By combining her dance experience with her passion for yoga, Nicola aims to create enjoyable and fluid classes where students can step away the outside world and dedicate time to themselves. She believes that through breath work and yoga postures, anyone can find the stillness that offers numerous benefits. Benefits of Workplace Yoga

Bringing some zen into the workplace will not only reduce the health risks associated with sitting for long periods of time, but it can also increase efficiency. The combination of movement, breathing and mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, increase energy levels and promote mental clarity. Coming together and improving all these aspects as a team on a regular basis will help create a calmer, more focused and driven environment, whilst keeping burnout at bay.

These sessions can be provided in the morning, afternoon or after working hours.
