What is the 7 Days of Connecting Inwards challenge?
Connect back in with your body. Learn how to move, flow, stretch and breathe!
The free 7 day challenge consists of 7 guided yoga, dance and meditation sessions - taking you on a journey with the aim of helping you to re-connect with your body.
ABOUT NICOLA
I'm a 1:1 yoga instructor, based in London.
Mixing yoga with dance is a huge passion of mine. As someone who has a significant dance background. I love the feeling of combining the two, feeling strength, energy and life radiate through my body.
While yoga brings strength, balance and inner gratitude, dance brings love, warmth and happiness.
Part of this 7 day challenge is to remove the judgement we put on ourselves, have fun and let your body move in ways it might not have done in a very long time!
